Plants are living beings, each of them is different and special. The photos are indicative, but we try to provide the closest color to that of the photos.

Below the picture of each plant you will find its approximate size. The smallest measure from 20 to 60 cm.

The decorative vase also serves as a container for water, the price also includes the vase.

We are an online-only store, so we don’t have a physical store.

Of course! Our products are shipped throughout the peninsula in 24h, while for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia the shipment is scheduled from 24h to 48h.

We cannot currently specify a specific day and time. Shipments have a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours and we deliver between 9:00 and 20:00.

Except for summer (July-August): due to the heat, and to prevent your plant from suffering, the delivery days will be Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 8pm. To receive your order in 24 hours it is necessary that you prepare it from Monday to Thursday by 12 noon.

Inside the box you will find a flyer with all the instructions, make sure that the plant has the necessary light, check the level indicator and manage the water correctly. It will also be helpful to spray the leaves every other day or every day for the first week to give your plant a chance to recover.

If after a few days it does not improve, contact us and we will find a solution for your new plant.

The delivery time is 24 hours. Orders received on Friday afternoons and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You can see the status of your order here with the order number you received in the purchase confirmation email. If you can’t find it and it’s been more than 24 hours, please contact us.

The plants are delivered individually, i.e. one plant per box, wrapped with nylon so that it does not lose moisture on the way to your home. If your order includes multiple products, you may receive them on different days.

Our boxes are specially designed with a special system so that you receive your plant in perfect condition.

We always make the shopping experience the best possible. So if the product is not what you expected or it arrives in bad condition, we will refund you with no problem.

All the plants selected in our catalog are resistant and easy to manage.

The pots are waterproof, which is essential for the indicator to work, which must always touch the bottom of the pot.

It is not necessary, the plant can live peacefully in the delivered pot, if you want to replace it with another pot, make sure it is waterproof and do not forget the indicator.

The cost of shipping will depend on the type of plant: between €5.90 and €14.90.
